Antique Ford Gumball Vending Padlock Lock Original LOCKPORT NY style Chicago Key
This padlock is an original Ford Vending lock from when they were in their original building in Lockport, NY during the World War 2 years. It is stamped "FORD Lockport NY" on one side and has "Chicago Lock Co. Chicago ILL. Made in USA." embossed on one of the other sides. The newer locks will not have Lockport stamped on them. The picture needs updated. Keys are American made by Illco Key company. This is a great piece of collectible Americana for your lock collection, antique collection, and the finishing touch for your antique vending machine. Many machines have survived over the years but the locks eventually wore out and were thrown away.
